How the 4-Week Kickstart Works
The Beginner Kickstart is a free 28-day at-home program designed to build your confidence before — or alongside — your first live HIIT Pilates class. You’ll get a short daily movement prompt, six days a week, with Saturdays reserved for the live Zoom class.
Everything is tracked right inside the app. No spreadsheets, no login required.
Getting started
• Download the app to your phone home screen (see instructions below).
• Open the app and tap the Kickstart tab at the bottom.
• Tap “Start Program” — your program will begin the following Sunday.
• Enter your email to receive the free 4-Week Plan PDF with all exercise descriptions.
Checking off your daily tasks
• Open the app each day and tap the Kickstart tab.
• You’ll see today’s task at the top. Complete it, then tap “Mark as Done.”
• Tasks unlock day by day — you can’t check off future days, but you can check off yesterday’s task if you forgot.
• If you miss more than one day, just pick back up where you are. Missing a day or two won’t disqualify you from the reward.
Saturdays
Every Saturday is your live HIIT Pilates class on Zoom at 10:00 AM ET. Saturdays are part of the program — attending counts as your Saturday check-in. Your first class is free with code FIRSTFREE.
The reward
Complete 22 of 24 daily tasks (missing up to two is fine) and the app will automatically unlock a free bonus class code. No need to contact anyone — it appears right in the app when you’ve earned it.
Frequently asked questions
What if I miss a day?
You can check off yesterday’s task today using the grace period in the app. If you miss more than one day in a row, just continue from today. You have a buffer of two missed days and still earn the reward.
Do I need any equipment?
No. All daily tasks use your body weight only and can be done in your living room.
What if I can’t make the Saturday class?
That’s okay — the daily tasks are the core of the program. Saturday class is encouraged but missing one won’t affect your reward eligibility.
I’m new to exercise. Is this too hard?
This program was built specifically for beginners. Week 1 starts with a 15-minute walk. Everything builds gradually from there.
