How It Works

Book your spot online, and you’ll receive a Zoom link by email. On Saturday at 10:00 AM ET, click the link and join the class. The session lasts about one hour: a 10-minute warm-up with music, a 45-minute HIIT Pilates workout, and a cool-down with optional Q&A. Every exercise comes with modifications so you can work at your own pace.
