Online HIIT Pilates Classes
A real workout, a real instructor, and a real community — all from your living room.
Looking for an online fitness class that’s actually worth showing up for? Beginner HIIT Pilates is a live, instructor-led class held every Saturday morning on Zoom. It’s not a pre-recorded video you watch alone. It’s a real class with a real coach who knows your name, gives live feedback, and makes sure you’re moving safely.
Why Choose a Live Online Class?
Most online workout videos lose you after a week. There’s no accountability, no community, and no one checking your form. Our live classes change that. You’re working out with a group, guided by an instructor in real time. It’s the motivation of a gym class with the convenience of your own home.
Live vs. Pre-Recorded — Why Live Wins
Most people don't quit fitness because they pick the wrong workout. They quit because of the format.
Apps disappear. Three days into your Peloton trial you remember why you cancelled the last subscription. The streak ends, the guilt notifications start, and the app becomes background noise. Nobody on the other end notices.
Pre-recorded classes can't see you. They can't tell when your shoulders are creeping toward your ears. They can't tell you to hinge at the hip instead of rounding through the lower back. They cue the movement, but the form fix isn't there for your body.
Solo workouts compete with everything else. A class you can do "any time" turns into a class you do never. Saturday at 10 AM ET is an appointment. You either show up or you don't — and if you don't, I notice.
A live online class solves all three. Real-time modifications based on what you're showing me. Form cues directed at the actual moves I see in the room. A small group with names I remember and a Saturday rhythm that becomes part of your week.
That's the difference between trying to start fitness alone and starting it with someone who's actually paying attention.
What to Expect
• Live on Zoom every Saturday at 10:00 AM ET
• One-hour sessions with warm-up, workout, and cool-down
• HIIT intervals grounded in Pilates fundamentals: core engagement, alignment, and control

• Curated music playlists to keep the energy high
• Post-class Q&A where you can ask about form, technique, or anything on your mind
Who It’s For
This class is for you if any of these sound familiar:
You've been thinking about getting back to fitness for 3+ years
You feel uncomfortable in traditional gyms — too crowded, too self-conscious, too many mirrors
You're 35–55 and want low-impact strength + cardio without the joint stress
You've started and stopped exercise programs more than twice
You live somewhere without a beginner-friendly studio nearby
You'd rather work out from your living room than commute and pay $200/month for a membership you'll cancel
If two or three of those land for you, you're already the right fit. Saturday morning is the door. Walking through it is the rest.
What Makes This Class Beginner-First
This isn't a HIIT class that "welcomes beginners." It's a class built from the ground up for people who feel out of place at a gym.
Every design choice points the same direction. Camera is optional, always. Every exercise has a modification — and the modification isn't a softer version of the workout, it's the right version for where you are right now. The class size is small enough that I know your name and notice when you're not there. The instruction is verbal first, so you can follow without staring at a screen if you'd rather close your eyes and feel the move.
No mirrors. No rows of fitter people watching. No membership card to swipe. Just a Saturday morning, a Zoom link, and an hour of work that meets you where you are.
If walking into a gym feels like an audition you'll fail, this class is for you.
All You Need
A mat, some space, and an internet connection. That’s it. Light hand weights are optional. No gym membership, no expensive equipment, no commute.
Frequently Asked Questions

Apps and on-demand platforms give you a library — they don't give you a coach. In a live class, every exercise has a modification chosen for the people actually in the room, you get form cues directed at what I'm seeing on camera, and there's a real instructor who notices when you go missing. Most people who join Beginner HIIT Pilates after an app subscription tell me they finally stopped quitting.
-
Yes — and it works better than most people expect. I watch the cameras that are on, call out the most common form issues out loud as the class moves, and offer modifications throughout. Camera-on isn't required, but for your first one or two classes I'd encourage it so I can flag anything important. After that, most students leave their camera off and do fine.

Click the Zoom link from your confirmation email and you're back in within seconds. Because it's a live class, we don't pause — but the on-screen timer makes it easy to slot back in. Just glance at the screen, match whatever interval we're currently on, and you're right back with us.
-
No. The class runs on Eastern Time (Toronto is the home base) but students join from across Canada and the US. As long as you can be at your computer or tablet at 10 AM ET on Saturday, you're in.
